Cancellation Policy

Standard Policy

To ensure fairness to both hosts and renters, Sparetools implements a tiered cancellation policy:

• Full Refund: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the rental start time.
• Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the rental start time may be subject to a 50% fee.
• No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the rental start time are non-refundable.

Host Cancellations

If a host cancels a confirmed booking, the renter will receive a full refund immediately. Hosts who frequently cancel bookings may have their account status reviewed or suspended.
